All our cases and documents are constantly uploaded in the cloud, with periodically changed passwords that must be held by the managing partner of the law firm and a close collaborator. In addition to archiving in the cloud, cases are held in metal cabinets. Their lists are kept in a virtual ledger uploaded in the cloud as well as on a physical ledger handled by the secretary.
Complaints are immediately transmitted to the insurance company affiliated with this office.
Within the aforementioned insurance company, there is an analysis group consisting of two members of the law firm team and three external ones. The resulting opinion (relevant but not binding for the law firm) is carefully evaluated, in order to decide whether to end the actual claim through an out-of-court approach.
