In addition to a renowned professional competence, the driving and winning factor of the Zancla Law Firm is our associates’ sensitivity, their attested values, as well as their profound thoughtfulness towards the "Person", especially in relation to medical malpractice.

The firm is currently pursuing an integration and interaction policy of skills and professionalism, in order to achieve its "corporate" mission. Since its foundation, Zancla Law Firm has always been sensitive to social issues, human rights (among which the delicate matter of migration), disability, interculturality, animal rights, cultural policies, and a holistic concept of lifestyle. The firm intends to consolidate its team skills through internal training. Collaboration agreements, both internal and external, are supported by confidentiality and non-competition agreements. The most skilled members of the team are eligible for exclusive agreements.

Our primary objective is to "oversee the Future". In addition to the involvement of new professional figures – already trained or to be trained – we envision a new concept of a "law firm", one that is oriented towards a sustainable management.

The firm organizes meetings for in-depth studies with doctors and patients representatives. Through individual interviews, we try to verify that the assumed structure reflects its philosophy. The law firm has organized biweekly meetings oriented to the organization logistics. Additional individual interviews deal with potential problems that may arise during the relationship management.

Each lawyer has their own specific skills and a workload identified on the basis of qualitative and quantitative criteria agreed upon every three months.

A general reorganization by macro-area is underway - civil law department, criminal law department - with the aim of placing an expert lawyer with managerial duties at the head of each department. The managing partner of the law firm will be overseeing both the departments, issuing directives and implementing strategic choices, in order to organize a defense or extra-juridical negotiations.
